1. Introduction

Your privacy matters to me. This privacy policy explains which personal data I collect when you visit handsom.ch or use my coaching services, what I use it for, and what rights you have.

3. Data I collect

  • Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number (optional), children’s ages, your message and your preferred way of being contacted.
  • Communication and coaching: the content of emails and notes from coaching sessions, only where you explicitly share them for the coaching.
  • Billing data: name and postal address, if you book a paid service.
  • Technical data: when you visit the website, the server automatically records data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and the date and time of access (server log files).

4. How I use your data

  • to answer your enquiry and provide the coaching,
  • to arrange appointments and session details with you,
  • for invoices and receipts,
  • to meet legal obligations (for example French tax law),
  • to keep the website running securely.

I do not sell, trade or rent your data to third parties.

5. Legal basis

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): when you send the enquiry form.
  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide the coaching.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to keep the website running securely.

6. Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are technically necessary. There are no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking. Fonts are loaded from this website, not from external servers.

7. Sharing with third parties

I only share your data with service providers who help me run the website and the coaching and who are bound to confidentiality:

  • Hosting: LWS (Ligne Web Services), 10, rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France
  • Video calls: Infomaniak kMeet (Switzerland). Calls are encrypted and never recorded.

Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Data is only transferred to other countries outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses).

If you order the book through the link to BoD or Amazon, you leave this website, and that shop’s privacy policy applies.

Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). The enquiry form is protected from spam by Turnstile, which checks invisibly that the enquiry comes from a person. To do this it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. This data is not used for advertising, and no tracking cookies are set. 8. Data retention

Enquiries sent through the form reach me by email and are automatically deleted from the website after 30 days at the latest. I keep all other data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. French law requires billing data to be kept for 10 years. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

  • Access: receive a copy of your data
  • Correction: have incorrect or incomplete data corrected
  • Erasure: have your data deleted under certain conditions
  • Restriction: limit how your data is processed
  • Portability: receive your data in a common, machine-readable format
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdrawal: withdraw your consent at any time for the future

To use these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr). If you live in Switzerland, you can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

10. Security

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) across the whole website. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes

I may update this privacy policy when needed. The version published here always applies.
